This Mid Century Sculptural Teak Floor Lamp was made by Modeline in the 1960's. The cream colored cylinder is made of a stiff, tight woven mesh linen. It operates with a foot switch surrounding the base, allowing it to be operated from any side. It uses two light bulbs. One towards the bottom and one close to the middle. Either of the bulbs can be turned on individually, or both at once.
It has a super retro danish design, making it perfect for any retro, modern, or mid century themed space.
49" tall x approximately 13" wide.
Overall great vintage condition. Minor wear from normal use. Tested and works.

Shipping insurance policy:
Items shipped by USPS Priority Mail are automatically insured for $100 ($200 international). First Class and Standard Post have no insurance included.
If an item is damaged or lost in the mail, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with USPS (sellers are not permitted to do so).
*When filing a claim the amount claimed must be supported by acceptable proof of value showing the completion of the payment method, such as proof of entire completed internet payment transaction detailed report, which should include the following information: the date of the transaction(s), to whom the article(s) is going to; to whom the article(s) is coming from; the description of the article(s); the total amount of the article(s); the completed payment method; and the status should be in a completed status. *
*It is incumbent upon the customer to provide the Postal Service with evidence of value to establish the cost or value of the article at the time it was mailed (Domestic Mail Manuel, Section 609.3.2). The actual loss is the fair market value of the item at the time it is mailed, not its replacement value or its sentimental value. Evidence of value is one of the criteria required to complete the adjudication of a claim, *
* These requirements are quoted directly from the USPS.
If an item is valued over $100 ($200 Priority Mail International), additional insurance may be purchased. Insurance may also be purchased on items shipped by any other shipping option (First Class, Standard Post, FedEx, etc). To do so, please contact Mid-Mod Vintage prior to purchase via the conversation option for my shop.
